Where are you located?	We are based in Budapest, Hungary. We do not have a physical shop there, but we do create every piece locally.
Where are the pieces made?	All our pieces are made in Hungary by small/family-owned businesses.
How do I cancel or change my order?	Please email us at hello@pizsistore.hu.
How do I pay in the webshop?	You can pay by credit card and wire transfer. Currently our shop engine only supports to charge your card in HUF (Hungarian Forint), according to the actual exchange rate.
Can I place a foreign order?	We can deliver your PIZSI to most of the EU countries. Learn more in the "Delivery" section.
How long does it take to receive my package?	We are proud to be a slow fashion brand and focus on sustainability. This means that we try to drop multiple packages at once. All orders will be fulfilled within 10 days.
